Dr. Chen was extremely professional and diligent. I was nervous to take out my wisdom teeth but I didn't feel a thing, had barely any pain when leaving. The next day had minimal swelling and pain after following his instructions. Will definitely choose him again if needed. He even called me directly the evening of the procedure to check on me which I thought was very impressive

Dr. Chen is amazing. He has a pleasant bedside manner and is direct but kind. He also speaks to you during certain procedures to make sure you are comfortable. He also calls you personally at the end of the day to check in on you. It is such a great personal touch. For any of my oral surgery needs I go to Dr. Chen every time. Everyone in the office is great as well. The office is neat and rather nice to sit in. This office is also very convenient to get to from the green 4,5,6 train line.

I have sensitivities that require extra attention and Dr Chen and his staff were very accommodating. I often get reactions to offices and treatments and had no problems with the procedure either of the two times I went. The office was very clean, all staff were kind and helpful and Dr Chen does a follow up call to be sure the patient is OK. Another thing I really appreciate about this office is that if you have an emergency they try to get you in as quickly as possible. They might not always be able to do this but in both cases they let me come in same day without an appointment that day.

Dr. Chen was great. Super friendly and very easy to chat with, he has a top notch bedside manner. Any concerns I might have had about my surgery, he put to bed immediately. I arrived at the office early and was seen early as well. The procedure I had done was painless and recovery was a piece of cake. My overall experience was second to none, and I would absolutely refer all my friends & family to Dr. Chen should they ever need his services.

Dr. Harrison Chen and his entire team were outstanding. I recently had my final wisdom tooth extraction, and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was especially impressed by how welcoming and reassuring everyone was. Dental procedures can be stressful, but the team created an environment that immediately put me at ease. The surgery itself was smooth, efficient, and far less intimidating than I expected. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism I received was top-notch. It’s rare to find a medical office where every interaction feels genuine and where the staff truly cares about your experience.
